Garrett Klas

CEO, Principal

Garrett Klas is founder and principal of Sea Cliff Consulting. As CEO, Garrett leads the overall strategy and vision of the firm. As a widely recognized leader in the field of corporate internal integration, Garrett speaks on this topic at conferences hosted by Microsoft and other sponsors.

Garrett has over 20 years of technology and business analytics experience and has served in senior management roles with CAPTRUST and Hitachi Solutions. As a global Microsoft partner, he routinely worked with clients to develop best practices and solutions and in 2009 was recognized by Microsoft for his part in the outstanding integration of sales, finance and operations which enabled CAPTRUST to successfully navigate the 2008 financial crisis.

Garrett earned his BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has extensive experience in corporate strategy & finance, enterprise project management, and data management. He also serves as the finance committee chair on the board of the Me Fine Foundation.

Weston Drake

Principal

Weston Drake leads the Business Consulting practice at Sea Cliff Consulting. In his former roles as both an internal and an external consultant in the consumer and industrial manufacturing industries and now as a partner and engagement leader, Weston delivers targeted improvements across a wide spectrum of business functions, specializing in the overlap of operations with finance and accounting.

Weston began his career in public accounting at PwC, then transitioned to corporate finance and consulting, with expertise in project management, process improvement, data analysis, and financial planning and analysis. In addition to his CPA, Weston holds a BS in Business Administration and a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
